FREE for MEMBERS! Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Bully Proof (ages 8–12) builds confidence and teaches kids how to respond to bullying safely. Self-Defense (ages 13+) teaches practical jiu-jitsu techniques for personal safety without punching or kicking.
