The YMCA Roseburg Junior Cheer Team is dedicated to building confident, disciplined, and supportive athletes who grow in both skill and character. Through teamwork, perseverance, and a focus on the YMCA’s core values—caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility—we strive to create a positive and uplifting environment. Our goal is to inspire young cheerleaders to support one another, lead with integrity, and shine both on and off the mat.

The YMCA of Douglas County and Roseburg Junior Cheer are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership, making Roseburg Junior Cheer an official YMCA Youth Sports program! As the nation's leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities, the YMCA has been a vital part of Douglas County for over 75 years, impacting lives through programs that promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility. Roseburg Junior Cheer, the official feeder cheer program for Roseburg High School Cheer and Stunt, has been making a difference in the community for 11 years, building confidence, teamwork, and spirit in young athletes. With a longstanding relationship with Roseburg Youth Football, the program has provided countless youth with opportunities to grow and succeed. This collaboration strengthens both organizations’ missions and aims to expand the program, offering even more young athletes the chance to learn, thrive, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Together, they are building a stronger foundation for youth in the community!
